Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to get your painting job quoted, we pass it to one painter, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

What we keep

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address, the rooms or exterior areas, the approximate size, and any photos.

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one painter who handles Kitchener requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

Retention

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@kitchenerhousepainters.com and we will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it, as Canada's PIPEDA allows. We only text or email you about your own request (CASL); reply STOP at any time.
